Financial Management

  • Developed and administered budgets, capital reserves, owner reserve trusts, CDs, money market accounts, and loans; conducted budget forecasting, job cost scheduling, processed special assessments and defaults; supported audit and tax processes.
  • Performed full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, capital reserve disbursement, amortization, reconciliation, and software system configuration (chart of accounts, budget entry, customer/vendor set up, 1099s, reporting templates, mapping).
  • Produced monthly financials reports, including income statements, balance sheets, accounts receivable summaries, and executive summaries. 

 

Property Operations & Project Management

  • Directed routine and preventative facility maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, snow removal, and required life safety compliance certifications; conducted routine property walk-through inspections and prepared monthly maintenance reports; managed RFPs and oversaw project and vendor contracts while leading and collaborating with associates across hotels, commercial, residential, mixed-use, and multi-governing properties.
  • Led interior and exterior CAPEX, renovations and refresh projects, managed schedules, supervised contractors and engineering staff, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Advised on property compliance with federal, state, and local laws, HOA governing documents, leases, and contracts; administered insurance policies, risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and claims; managed delinquencies and violations; and collaborated with attorneys and management partners.

 

Community Relations & Engagement

  • Acted as liaison between board members, owners, tenants, service providers, developers, clients and guests; providing customer service, conflict mediation, and advised on fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Organized and facilitated marketing and hospitality events, board, town hall meetings, and executive session; prepared calendars, brochures, agendas, meeting packets, proxies, records, condo-questionnaires, and notices.
